What's Cookin' with Lobsterfest?

 

Did your company sponsor Lobsterfest last year? Do you know someone that would be interested in sponsoring this year?

 

Many sponsorship opportunities are available, ranging from $250 to $4,000.

Depending on their level, sponsors receive:

* Tickets to Lobsterfest

* Recognition on event banners

* Company logo on event posters

*Sponsorship mentions during the event

 

We are activley seeking sponsorships NOW and we need YOUR help. Please see Spencer for more information.

 

 

 

 

We'll gather Friday night, March 16 at Spencer Niebur's house to prep the float, then meet at 11 am Saturday, March 17 for the parade step-off. Come for one or both events!

 

- The parade is 10 blocks long

- We go, rain, shine or snow

- We'll hand out save the date cards and candy

- Sign up sheets for both events (float-building and parade) will be circulated at Monday meetings

- Bring your spouse/partner/kids - it's a great family event

- It's a really fun time!

 

 

 

Volunteers are needed Thursday, Friday and Saturday, June 14 - 16, to assist with set up, the big event, and clean up.

Please mark your calendars and begin thinking about how YOU can contribute!

Family members and friends are encouraged to attend.

- Food prep

- Ticket Sales

- Greeters

- Food line workers

- Lobster boilers

- Cracking lobster tails

- Wristbanding

- Lobster costume

- Photographer

 - Beverage servers

- Bussers

- Runners

- Floaters

- Clean up
